How high and with how large of a turbo?

Your first step should be a compression and leakdown test to determine if your rings can handle the boost.

With that much boost, you need to resleeve the block, put in some stronger rods, low compression pistons, strengthen the bottom end a good amount, etc.

Why 25 psi? 25 psi can be completely different things with different sized turbos. You need to decide your power goals before you automatically decide you want to boost 25 psi so that you can find a properly sized turbo that can meet your power goals with much less boost.

Shit dude, my little Greddy kit pushing 8 psi and ~215 whp will run low 14s/high 13s. Keep in mind that is with a GSR motor. You don't need 25 psi to get those sort of times. A RevHard or Drag kit with a T3/T4 hybrid turbo will easily get you those sort of times without going over 10 psi on your LS motor. I would put in some low compression pistons and rods since you are rebuilding it anyway so you can handle extra boost down the road if you so choose.

Yes, VTEC helps.

No, don't get cams. Cam gears are fine but stock cams will be better than any aftermarket cam for turbo.

Ebay, www.horsepowerfreaks.com, www.nolimitmotorsport.com, etc. Do a search on yahoo and you will be bound to find a nice kit.

vtec will always help cause it's just basically a better cam profile for higher RPM's it applies to everything and not just NA
