Help with a problem

Default Help with a problem

well lets just say one of my signal lights are messed up.. and i mean.. the wiring was cut but i have the bulb.. what should i do.. and which repair shops can help me fix this.. i dont wanna try myself because i dont wanna screw up the fuse

If you have the original harness, just splice the correct wires back together. Pick up some insulated splice clips from your local autoparts store and then strip the wire back enough to get it into the splice clip. Then crimp it down and seal with either electrical tape or heat shrink. It sounds like a very simple electrical job assuming you have the original harness and you know which wire goes where.

well before i read your message.. i did try something like what u said.. except.. i didnt pick up the splice clips.. so basically i stripped it then juss matched the colors of the wires.. but for some reason theres 2 black wires.. and i wasnt sure which goes which. or does it go together.. well anyway i blew my fuse just after basically.. but got it fixed.. but i still have to do my light.. i guess il juss follow those instructions.. but im still wondering about the 2 black wires.. does it go together?

I just had to do the same thing for my teg the other day. When I bought my car the sockets had been cut off so there were just open wires hanging. I ended up going to a junkyard and found a parts car with the socket assembly and wiring. Then I just stripped each one to get some fresh wire and soldered everything up, matching the colors for the wires. You might want to do the same. I didnt have any trouble with blown fuses or anything though. Good luck.
