vtec head?¿?¿?
'Better' is a questionable term. It's hard to say cause I haven't seen a direct comparison between an LS and an LS/VTEC. If you're going to boost, I wouldn't waste the money getting all the parts and everything to do the LS/VTEC. The LS motor is very nice for boost and would work well on its own. Spend your money boosting the LS.

you want to strengthen the bottom end? forged internals, main girdle, everything balanced.
you want to rev to 9k? stiffer valvesprings, titanium retainers, and cams that make power that high.

so it will run me around 9 grand¿ what would u say about putting a b16a gen2 in my in teg, what would i have to do to make that motor rip, or should i just get a gsr and transplant it in?

The B16 won't have enough torque for the Integra chassis.
Why don't you just boost it? Boost > VTEC. I never understood the point of a N/A setup on an LS motor considering the compression is better suited for turbo. If you want N/A, I suggest you start with a motor already made for the higher RPMs, the B18C.
