Are there any gaskets that arn't made out of metal and would seal around the exhaust down pipe? Not the part that connects from engine to header, but the part that connects the second peice of the header to the lower end which the 02 Sensor installs. The gasket is ruined and burnt thats what the buzzing noise @ 3K RPM was because I flipped the gasket over and it fixed it for a couple days, but it still leaking because I can hear it a little. Now What are my alternatives? Can I make my own?

Are you talking about the donut gasket between the header and cat?

Man it's an inexpensive gasket just buy a new one. Napa, AutoZone, Advance auto is your friend. I wouldn't doubt that it's your exhaust A-pipe that is making the buzzing sound.

i just got a new one and it cost me $7.00 your local auto part store should stock them
