J's Racing or Comptech???
it really depends on what you want to do with your car...
if you plan to run NA, the j's racing intake puts down average numbers, BUT offers much higher throttle response than most intakes, but requires you to have to bend or mod a few little things for fitment. This is also a good intake for a Supercharger.
the Aem Cai is a decent intake, but wont offer any major gains, about 1-2 hp. it is really just for sound. Works fine for NA setups, i wouldnt recommend for a supercharger, superchargers want a short ram intake to really see there potential.
the comptech icebox is a very good choice for a close to stock NA car, it cant suck in water, offers good midrange power and about the same power as stock for highs and lows. Not too pricy and adds a little sound, not much.
BUT, definetely not an intake for a heavily modded NA or supercharged car.
my favorite intakes are these:
1. Mugen - expensive, but offers probably the best gains and has perfect fitment, sound INCREDIBLE!
2. Spoon drop-in filter - pretty cheap and lets you still use the stock intake, but gives you a little more flow and a little more sound and more throttle response, doesnt offer much gains though, but it's cheap
3. AEM CAI converted to a short ram - this is what i run for my supercharged R, i had a AEM CAI that had the water bypass valve (which i torn right in half with the supercharger pulling in so much air) after i ruined the valve, i decided to just make a short ram, so i took the top piece of piping and attached a giant k&n to the end of it, this gave me almost 4 hp over the AEM CAI. And is perfect for the supercharger
4. J's Racing intake with a velocity stack - offers great gains and very good throttle response, but pricy

no, for a turbo, i would recommend a cold air with the largest piping you can find and the largest k&n you can slap on it
a lot of people custom make intakes for turbo
but i would say the AEM CAI would work fine for a turbo setup
