Default new setup

hey yall, i was thinking of having this setup in my car. now i thought this through keeping in mind i live in cali and inspections here are a bitch. i need this car to be C.A.R.B legal

skunk 2 valve train
apexi ws 2 exhaust (i already have this)
dc sports 4-1 header (ss)
(someone tell me a good intake)
skunk 2 intake manifold
jdm valve cover
skunk 2 cam shafts
aem cam gears
port & polish
neuspeed springs (already got this)
unorthodox racing underdrive pulleys
either brembo brakes or willwood ( excuse the spelling im a little tipsy right now)
(someone recommend me some good rims and tires)
arp or apr bolts (once again..the alchohol)
CF trunk and hood

this is it for now, for thew love of god someone tell me if this is a decent setup for me to run low 14's..possibly 13's
btw, if theres something new you want to suggest, keep in mind moneeyt is no problem

Here are some suggestions

-Don't waste your money on a carbon fiber trunk. If you want to really reduce weight, start stripping the interior. You have to remove a lot of weight to see a difference so you need to decide whether you want a nice interior or a totally stripped interior.

-Underdrive pulleys are a waste of money too. If you want more power to the wheels, get a lighter flywheel.

-Intake: Comptech Icebox.

-Rims/Tires: I would go for a clean set of blades or fat fives. I liked my Falken tires when I had them. Better than the Kumhos.

-AEM cam gears suck. Or at least the old design with 3 bolts holding position of the gear. I heard they came out with a new design that has 5-6 bolts instead. I would go with Skunk 2 gears since they look higher quality and they will match your cams/valvetrain.

-You don't need ARP bolts. Stock ones will do for mild bolt ons.

-High flow cat?

-As long as the cams are stage 1, you should be fine. You are limited, smog-wise, from going any higher.

I can't help much since I am not a N/A kind of guy and smog in Cali sucks, but start with what you have and you should be able to hit 14's assuming you have everything tuned with a VAFC on a dyno and you know how to drive.

i got an 01 GSR with this set up, Comptech ice box, Competch Headers, SKunk2 intake, skunks2 cams stage 1, AEM 5 bolt cam gear, Apexi VAFC II, APEXI N1 exhuast) the cam gears and VAFC haven't put in yet... U will need to get a VAFC or ecu up grade otherwise u won't have a smooth power band, at least that is in my case with the things i have, that is why i got the VAFC and the cam gears so i can get it dyno tunned and set up so it has a smooth power band, (NOTE VAFC is not street legal) everything else i have is..

skunk 2 intake manifold
jdm valve cover
skunk 2 cam shafts
aem cam gears
port & polish - everything from here up sounds good

unorthodox racing underdrive pulleys - everything from here down sounds like a waste

since you say money is no problem, it makes me want to recommend different parts. but then you say you want to pass smog, so i wont. h:
