Here are some suggestions

-Don't waste your money on a carbon fiber trunk. If you want to really reduce weight, start stripping the interior. You have to remove a lot of weight to see a difference so you need to decide whether you want a nice interior or a totally stripped interior.

-Underdrive pulleys are a waste of money too. If you want more power to the wheels, get a lighter flywheel.

-Intake: Comptech Icebox.

-Rims/Tires: I would go for a clean set of blades or fat fives. I liked my Falken tires when I had them. Better than the Kumhos.

-AEM cam gears suck. Or at least the old design with 3 bolts holding position of the gear. I heard they came out with a new design that has 5-6 bolts instead. I would go with Skunk 2 gears since they look higher quality and they will match your cams/valvetrain.

-You don't need ARP bolts. Stock ones will do for mild bolt ons.

-High flow cat?

-As long as the cams are stage 1, you should be fine. You are limited, smog-wise, from going any higher.

I can't help much since I am not a N/A kind of guy and smog in Cali sucks, but start with what you have and you should be able to hit 14's assuming you have everything tuned with a VAFC on a dyno and you know how to drive.
