Default DC2 Integra Type-R air flow!

I need advice from fellow 'Integra Type-R' owners, and I hope I've come to the right place!
I have recently bought a 'DC2' 'ITR' (UK spec,) and would like to get an Induction Kit, Manifold, Cat' back exhaust, and possibly de-cat pipe. I want best possible performance increase from these products, and a sweet sound.
Please post your opinions on the best products for the job (whatever the price, but available in the UK!) Also (to help me decide) any pics' of upgraded exhausts on 'ITR's' would be appreciated.
Thanks for helping a man new to the world of 'Type-R!'

Air intake: Comptech Icebox

Header: Mugen, GReddy or DC Sports (I believe the DC header is a copy of the JDM ITR header, I dunno if the UK ITR shares the JDM header)

Catback: You choose, keep the piping around 60-70mm with a single muffler design please.

Intake manifold: Skunk2?

how much hp are you realistically trying to get?

my opinion of the 'best' header and exhaust for an itr is a smsp or hytech setup. pricey but the sound and performance is second to none.

i'd like to get the jdm 4-1 header as well
and the exhaust i use is the apexi N1

Anything over 200bhp should be easy to achieve, so that doesn't really bother me too much...210 would be nice! It's more the deep, loud sound that I want!

I had considered a 'Blitz Sonic Power' induction kit, does anyone have any opinion or experience of this filter?

I'd go with a Mugen intake or the complete ARC induction box. I use a Comptech intake + icebox which is also a very good setup.
I'd leave the intake manifold/plenum alone and just go with a 70mm throttle body.
As for header, I'd stick with a JDM 4-1 (unless UK-spec R's already have it) or Toda for maximum gains.
Stick with a Skunk2 or Omni testpipe because they have a bung for the secondary O2 sensor (no annoying CEL).
If you don't mind loudness I actually prefer the J's Racing circuit titanium exhaust. It's pretty, lightweight and you get very good gains off that too.

Thanx for the info'! Just wondered what you meant by "(no annoying CEL)"? I haven't had a good look under the car at the exhaust system yet, so I don't know where or how many sensors there are!

is that 200hp to the wheels or the crank? to reach those goals at the wheels with bolt on's only is going to be tough.

No, I meant at the crank Snoopy! I'm not interested in going mad with upgrades and performance, I mainly just want to get alot sweeter sound. I had a chipped 94' 'Civic-VTi' before, with an induction kit, and full de-cat exhaust and it sounded...well it was a head turner- that's what i want to achieve!!!
