Water Leaking in from front right corner of sunroof

Water Leaking in from front right corner of sunroof
'98 LS w/ 60k miles. GF's car.
We noticed that when the car was parked on a slope dipping the car to the front left wheel, water leaks in through the sunroof in the front right corner.
I did some searching, and maybe the rails have some crap clogging it. I took a peak, and it doesn't look like anything is blocking it.
What do I need to do to fix this?
