My car is jsut stock. And it is not going to be lowered. So a 4-1 would be fine? I don't want to have to worry about driving over "normal" things. Speed Bumps etc.

don't worry about it if your car isn't lowered. a 4-1 will probably give you more noticeable power gains.

4-1 will not be carb legal, if you care about that. Not a good idea if you're in Cali.

:werd: I used to have a DC 4-1 header and the CARB number was right on the top of the #4 cylinder port.

I'm not in Cali. What other states would this be a problem in?

When I got my 4-2-1 DC header it came with a CARB sticker in the box to put on one of the cylinder pipes. So the 4-1 probably does too.

My 4-1 header has a CARB plate welded onto one of the runners. Certain headers are NOT carb approved...like the OEM JDM 4-1, DC JDM 4-1 etc...but there are 4-1 CARB approved headers.

How can you tell the difference between a JDM DC 4-1 Header and a regular DC 4-1? The reason I ask is because my header was already on the car when I bought it...
