2nd and 3rd Gen Shocks?

2nd and 3rd Gen Shocks?
Is there any difference in the two of them? I was told the 2md gen was shorter then the third.

they probably are different since they are rather different cars.

i think the 2nd gens were stiffer then the 3rd gen cause i couldnt rock my g2 but my g3 rocks and sways in the corners at times
