well i take it you are gonna stay NA with Type R Pistons, if you want to do the Valvetrain upgrade then go with Skunk2 or Crower Stage 2 - 3, if no valvetrain, then skunk2 stage 1. I just did the same setup in my gsr....put type r pistons and rods with skunk2 stage 1 cams and intake manifold. Sounds nice.
CTR cams aren't bad if you want the best drivability.
If you want something more aggressive, something like Skunk 2 or crower like mentioned before are best. If you have to deal with smog, you are limited to stage 1. Stage 2 would work if you upgrade the valvetrain and don't mind a lopey idle.

yea, if you're just looking for a mild setup with no lopey idles and great driveability, the CTR & ITR cams are good along with Skunk2 stage 1's which are just every so slightly more aggressive than CTR & ITR cams.
What kind of car is it a LS or GS-R if you are looking for streetabilty stick with ITR's or if you want something a little more radical get the CTR's. You cant go wrong with either one and besides its a factory part so you know your getting the best possible cam as far as reliability is concerned.
