Lowering The Type R

Sonny there is no reason for you to lower your car unless you want that "show winning look". I still have those Eibach Springs which I took off of my car sitting here If u want them though
.
While on the subject I am really impressed with my Buddy Club Dampers. I can adjust them almost to a stock ride quality with a few clicks and then be back to full aggressive on the circuit. But then again they realy dont lower the car too much so I am able to stay at almost stock height
. The omni powers are also a nice alternative though as Danny loves them on his hatch

do u guys value ride quality over performance? like will u only beef up the suspension as much as u can while still having a near stock ride, or would you just do everything u could to make it handle the best it could and let the ride quality fall where it will?
i was thinkin' about lowering my car as well (by an inch, to an inch and a half), but I scrape my car on speed bumps every so often, and some driveways (in or out) in stock trim. with that in mind, i don't think as a daily driven car, i will be lowering it.
anyone else scrape the bottom of their car on stuff like this in stock trim?

Back to the omnipower suspension...This gives full height adjustability obviously since it's a coilover system...With the adjustable dampening though, can this be made to give the same stock feel or better and will these coilovers actually improve cornering ability when track racing
Which would be better for the track AND street in terms of adjustability, omnipower or the Tein SS coilovers with edfc?
