more air creates a need for more fuel so bigger injectors, higher volume fuel pump, for starters....
you would maybe want to rebuild the bottom end (resleeve, lower c/r, and stronger rods) to handle the extra stress on the engine....
rechip or ruin an air/fuel controller.....

Jed if you are all about upping your boost, yes you need to get in there and build your engine.
in the meantime, make some phone calls like we suggested and find out what reputable tuners & JR suggest for maintaining dependability while increasing power.
fast + cheap is not reliable.
cheap and reliable is not fast.
reliable and fast is not cheap.
