Default GS-R performance specs?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had any specifications on the 2000 Integra GS-R. Stuff like 0-60mph times or 1/4mile times...ect. Thanks in advance.

That is an great resource. Now my question why is it so many people switch to a GSR motor?

I own a 98 GSR myself and like the car but it is only .4 seconds faster in 0-60 and around one second in the 1/4 mile vrs RS GS etc?

When I test drove a special edition before I bought my GSR I actually felt like it was a bit quikcer off the line.

Why all the swaps? Is it easier or more worth while to modify a GSR engine?

The LS engine has more torque so that is why it feels quicker off the line. A GSR engine can give you a nice relatively quick daily driver with a few mods. However many people with the LS engine either turbo it or to a LS/Vtec which both will be faster than a GSR motor. Most people swap the GSR motor into their hatch since it is usually an easy way to get into the 13s.

On the site that spoonfed posted it says a gsr runs a 15.5 1/4 mile and a base model runs a 16.8 thats a 1.3 second difference not a .4 second.

He was refering to 0-60 times not the 1/4 mile.

a second in the 1/4 is a looooooooong time. if you dont think it is, you haven't been down to the track.

and if you do the same mod to the ls and gsr, the gsr will always be faster

Okay now guys, we're not going to get into another LS vs GSR flamewar. :a:

Not on my watch.

I have half a mind to close this thread down now...as a pre-emptive strike.
