Default Gauge cluster+Clock not working?

I have a 95 gsr and all of the sudden my gauge cluster and clock do not function, they are both stock. I checked all fuses, the cluster illuminates but nedles and gauges do not function and the clock went out at the same time. Has anybody had this happen to them before? if so what fixed it??

There is a fuse panel under the hood as well. Check those. There is a diagram in the book if it is not on the cover. If not the problem, then most likely a short of some kind.

My guess is that it is a grounding issue. I had my guage lights go out in my teg and it ended up being the ground wire between the fader dial and the cigarette lighter. So i had to rerun the wire. I will check my book to see if there are some obvious grounding points. And if the clock is connected to the cluster via ground. Will post a bit later.
