Until you can out drive the stock suspension Don't change it.
As for power leave it alone until you are used to it.
The only thing I would upgrade IF you have plans of doing HPDEs is brake fluid, Brake pads and maybe some tires.

speed? what speed? when i first got this car, i loved it! it felt so fast and the RPM climbed so fast, I was all man, shift so soon! lol.

then i got a motorcycle...

Type-R didn't feel fast anymore. RPM seemed like a low number and didn't climb very fast. I think I need to do a speed upgrade, bbasso!

don't get me wrong, I still love my ITR, but since my bike was stolen, I need something!

 

Suspension and exhaust should be number 1 IMO. Checkout the OMNI setup which is very affordable and loved by all who have them.
