What kind of oil do you use?

synthetic is the best mobil 1 5w30 --what city you from-- my moms family is from kaneohe

I use to use the recommend 10w-30, but with my car being seven almost eight years old next month, it started leaking and no one was able to find the source. Since then, I was told to use Valvoline 20w-50 since it is a lot thicker. It works great and doesn't leak as much at all.

I'd retighten the oil pan bolts & nuts to spec, as per the factory shop manual.
See if that helps..otherwise, a new oilpan gasket is probably the best long-term fix. h:

mobil 1 10w-30 in warmer weather; mobil 1 5w-30 in winter.

ah bradduh you kno da kine......kaneohe? anyone in your family used to be a marine? i was in hawaii for 3 yrs when i was in the army...schofield barracks..hawaii is no where near as hot as florida in the summer time

cool deal..i think i saw some of the nicest hondas/acuras over there when i lived there...better looking and faster then anything ive seen here on the mainland...plus its a lot easier to get pure JDM over there am i correct because of the large japanese population in and around hawaii

Valvoline 5W-30

Regular driving doesn't really require all these fancy shmancy type oils. I'm at 98k too.
