I didnt change the rotor, but the car runs fine after I did plugs, wires and cap. Is it bad to change all that and not to rotor? I didnt change the rotor b/c I couldnt get the screw out and it was starting to strip, so i just stopped.

??? Also, how do I change the fuel filter? Is that it on the firewall?

You should change the rotor when you do the cap...but yes, the screw is easy to strip. Yes, the fuel filter is on the firewall. Make sure you relieve the fuel pressure by unscrewing the gas cap, then undo the banjo fitting on top of the filter and pull the old one out...put the new one in, and put the bolt back on.
