I have one, and I love it. It makes good power, especially at high RPM. The only drawback is that it's loud, especially with a 4-1 header. The good part is that you can put the silencer in whenever you want and it will be super quiet.

First of all, if you have a NBP ITR, I envy you.

Anyways, an N1 on a C5 would be very, very loud. I would reccomend the Apex'i WS or a R*SR Ex-Mag. I also love my Comptech cat-back but it's pretty pricey.

I have a HKS Super Drager on one of my R's. I like this exhaust because it isn't loud or ricey. I went from a Type R mid section and a LS muffler at first. Once I changed it, it was like a different car. I paid about 600 shipped.

If you love a loud exhaust the N1 for you but me personally prefer the nice quiet great sounding WS. My friend has the N1 on his Integra and even though it sounds good try taking a road trip doing about 80 mph you will have to drown the exhaust out with the stereo its just too loud for my taste.

If you keep the rest of the exhaust in front of it stock, go for it. If not, I hope you have a really large resonator before it, or else it will drive you nuts... or drive other folks around you crazy enough to run you off the road.
