If the ring lands and rings aren't broken, I wouldn't rehone the cylinder walls but I would replace the head gasket since you are down there anyway.

Replace the headgasket, rings, and bearings. Don't reuse anything. My roommate made the mistake of reusing bearings and he spun one shortly after doing his rings. They aren't that expensive anyways.
