About a month ago I changed the plugs. They were platinums that came pre
gapped for this engine. Wouldnt a problem have shown up sooner? It started running like crap in the space of like 2 seconds. It seems like the sounds are coming from deep within the engine. Dont have a stethoscope but when I put my ear to the valve cover I dont hear anything unusual in that area. Im going to try and get a code out of it tommorow. Thanks for any and all suggestions.

 

um just in idea but maybe it could be the knock sensor or the first that thing that poped into my mind when he said the timing was good was a injecter but i highly doubt that
