Default Spring install PROBLEM

I installed my H&R springs and kyb adjustable shock today.

The most upper part of the shock where the cap goes over the spring and it held by one screw was on pretty tight, I left about the same amount at the stock setup had when tightening it. But when the springs went on the car, and we lowered the car that screw got loose.

Now the washer under it is lose, is that how it's supposed to be, someone told me not to make it tighter because it might blow the shock?

oh and now my itr strut bar in the front doesnt seem to fit. what am I doing wrong?

I also hear weir noises when hit certain bumps. like minor rattling.

any advice help? I think I did eveyrthing as I should have.

if there is a lil liquid comin from the top, it comes up and seeps back in as I push down on that side of the car to see is the shock it working correctly, does that indicate a blown shock? or maybe soon to be blown

they are new, KYB AGX, I hope the warranty covers that.

It sounds like it's blown. Not so good.

How much of a drop are you running? KYB won't warranty over 1.5

1.7 in the front and 1.5 in the back

they are H&R springs Stage 2 sport springs.

weird, aftermarket shocks should be able to take this drop, I probably would have had better luck with stock ones.

anyways I dont think it's blown, cause the ride is fine, stiffer all around but doesnt seem like one side is worse in any way then the other.
