Default DIY spring install BIG PROBLEM HELP

Right now I am in the process of installing some coil overs on the back of my civic. I have ran into what seems to be a pretty big problem, the allen screw on top of the strut is stripped so does anyone else know of a solution to this problem?

Penetrating lubricant. Also there is a pound out tool thing, if you have to go that far. It is made so when you hit it with a hammer it turns a quarter turn. That way it'll force the thing out.
