Default What kind of computer is this???

During the last few hurricanes, water got in my car, better yet,it got on my computer. Ran like crap for a day,now i have all kinds of problems. What i have is a 92 integra rs. I bought a computer off ebay that was out of a 91 integra ls,but for some reason they dont match, they are nothing alike.

Heres my series of questions:

There doesnt seem to be a redline(ive revved 8k b4 to see),that means it was either rechipped or reprogramed right?

I'm not sure what kind of motor is in the car,i understand its supposed to be a b18a1,all i know is that it is a 1.8 liter.

I have no idea whats been done to the car,but the more i see,the more scared i am....computer and cover for the puter not even bolted down, all kinds of shite.

I have a few pics of the computer that was in the car,and i can get some pics of the computer i bought, could you tell me what i have and what i bought???and maybe if u know what computer i have,u could tell me what motor???

In the pics it has all the numbers, outside, inside(yes i opened it,it was barely screwed on!),and a picture of where the harness plugged in.

What computer is this,is it rechipped reprogrammed, and if not,how can i go any rpm?is it original computer for this car?

And should i post pics of the computer i bought?its much different!

the "P75" ECU went with 92+ LS/RS models ... either OBD-1 or OBD-2

that 91 LS/RS ECU is PR4 OBD-0

INCOMPATIBLE!

Default Yea,cool

I will probably need one,but part of my original question is: is my ecu reprogrammed or rechipped? Ive been able to rev it as high as i want(which might be why i think i spun a rod bearing),i didnt replace the computer, whoever had it before me must have done SOMTHING with it,since it WAS lying unbolted under the carpet, the shield that goes over it was unbolted too.

The reason i am trying to figure this out is so i can start trying to fix this bad boy up,and figure out what the previous owner did,or messed up...more than likly,id like to buy another one that has more options, and rebuild the motor in it to take more of a beating...mine now has like 166k on it...

Oh,and does anyone have any resources for different combinations of rebuilds? It is so hard to research info on this car because there is so much useless information. I'd like to build the car up,add a coupla hp to it,but im not planning on turboing it or nething as of yet, maybe throw some nos into it if i can rebuild it right...

Yes,i could use that ecu,hit me up!

it is very likely that the ecu is chipped because of the lack of a rev limit
