Default rough idle> stall> sporadic start

ok, so a little over a week ago i noticed that my 95 gsr was idling pretty roughly at stop lights, parking lots etc. everything was fine when i was giving it gas though. i decided to stop procrastinating about the fuel filter and swapped it out. no change. then i started stalling at red lights. so i started giving it a little gas while stopped. no problem at all. now it has a hard time starting, and i am concerned that it will stop starting all together. i'd imagine this could be a fuel pump problem, or something to that effect. the ignitor already went out on me this year, so i've all but ruled that out. i also replaced my plugs and wires and air filter a few months ago. could it be to pcv? i'm not entirely sure what that is, but i hear that can cause rough idling. please note, i still have no problems when giving the engine some gas...

Try cleaning the IACV (Idle air control valve). A recent thread was posted on this - do a search.
