cel 91 Fuel Tank Pressure Circuit

i don't know how to fix this???

I know this sounds stupid, but my buddy had a similar problem and it turned out that his gas cap went bad.

I had replaced the gas cap and it seemed that that wasn't the problem... I only wished it was.....
