help a newbie (timing belt)
Best one I've seen is:
http://timingbelt.soben.com/
3 things to note:
1. Get a high-torque impact wrench to remove the crank pulley bolt and if you can, get the tool to hold the pulley stationary while you remove this bolt.
2. On the top right-hand side of the camshafts, there are small holes that align when the cam gears are positioned at TDC. Get some drill bits to put in these holes to hold the gears in place while you put the belt on.
3. The camshafts themselves have a hex shape casting that you can put a wrench on for fine adjustments of the position of the cam gears.
You will want to replace the water pump while you're doing the job and I'd also go ahead and get a valve cover gasket set.
