do G2 seats fit G3?

was actually wondering about the rear seats. Since my G3 has that plastic tray in the rear, would a G2 seat fit in the same spot?.

G2 rears are different, they are only foam and cloth/leather, depending... no plastic. It would take some work to make G2 rears fit, though I must say I like G2 rears better.
