Default Need some help

I am currently looking at buying either a 99-00 Integra GSR, 99-00 Civic SI, or a 99-00 Honda Prelude in M/T. I was wondering if anyone could give me some recommendations on what car is better. I want to get something that is quick and can be modified pretty well. Im not looking to be going to a track or anything, something just quick around town and on the highway. If anyone knows accurate 0 to 60mph and 1/4 mile times would be a great help. I gonna try to reserve around $1500 for performance upgrades after my purchase.

The integra and civic si are similar, the civic has a slightly smaller engine, and I don't think they have ABS brakes. Preludes are a little heavier, and don't have as much aftermarket support as the integra and civic. As far as speed/quickness, alot of that is driver dependant, and if you are modding them, you could change the order of finish significantly
