Default Brakes

I need to change my brakes on my 95 tegra. I started tonn but I had issues with those dahm screws on the rotors. I think they should have made them with a diffrent type of head. Anyways does anyone know how I can get them out without drilling them? My friend said he was the master at taking them off and all he did was strip the heads, so now I drilled them out so one down 3 more rotors to go. Thanks guys for any help.

I did mine with an impact screwdriver... Some people say that you don't even need them (2 screws per rotors) because the wheel nut hold the rotor too.
