How do you install an O2 Simulator?

Has anybody installed an O2 simluator on their integra? If so where does it go and how difficult was it?

Sorry, I have another question.

Suppose i straight pipe my exhaust, where would one do or put the O2 sensor, besides wrapping in tin foil and hanging outside?
