Clutch Trouble
Replace it. I had the same problem. A metal piece near the center of my clutch disk got roasted off and it needed replacing. I am not saying that is your problem but I would recommend getting it replaced as it takes a huge toll on your tranny.
Welcome.
Welcome.
I'd check your clutch fluid system and bleed it first... That should cost you like $4 for a bottle of fluid and 15 minutes of your time. If that fails to improve your situation, then you might wanna have a professional check it out.
My 96 GSR required the flywheel, clutch disk, pressure plate and both bearings to be replaced. That all costed around $600. I'm sure it will be less for your car.
I agree with Epoch. Bleed the clutch and then go get it replaced if nothing improves.

• The clutch disc
• The pressure plate
• The throwout (aka pilot) bearing
• And the flywheel will need resurfacing as well.
Depending on who you go to, and the parts used, I'd plan on a $400 to $600 job. It takes a fair bit of work to get the transmission out of the way.
But then again, when you spread that cost out over 100,000 miles or so, it's not too bad.
