Default car wont start please help

gas is flowing checked that got new spark plugs just to make sure and my car still turns over but will not start on my safc it goes up to like 100 rpms but wont start
could this possibly be it?

when i had my cams at tdc i accidently left the little pin holders in there holding the cams still and then i tried to turn my lower part with the 19 and the belt kept overlaping so then i realized and took that off could that have messed anything up?
or would i have to take the bottum plastic off because where my cams were at tdc the bottum may not have been?

is it possible that i threw my timing belt off so many teeth? and that is the reason?

check for spark... take one of the plugs out, leave it plugged into the wire.... lay it across the ground on the front from the head to the firewall.... have somebody crank it. no spark is my best guess, thats what happened to me.... if thats the case, its an easy fix, puttin a new dist on will take you about 15 minutes
