JDM light bulbs

I was on inline four's web site, and I saw that they sell Raybrig H4H 702K light bulbs. They say they're for one piece JDM headlights. What is the deal? Are they different in some way? Will they fit USDM plugs?

Although the outboard low beam bulbs in USDM cars are based on the H4 design, the plugs are different.

The H4H won't fit on your H4 setup.
