I have an Teg GSR 94 with 120k. The car suddenly jerked and went into safe mode. I need help trouble shooting.

Problem:

When I drive it, it seems to bog down until I hit 2k rpms, after 2k the car is fine
This happens also when in neutral.
There are no engine codes.

What I have done so far:

Changed Fuel Filter.
Checked timing
Cleaned throttle body. Took it off and cleaned it with cleaner.

I'm not sure where to go from here. If anyone has seen this problem please let me know what you did to fix it.

sounds like a problem I had with my first gsr, it was a 94 as well, and every now and then it did that, I had my mechanics check it out and they said nothing was wrong but they reset my ecu, aka pulled the neg batt terminal for 30 or more seconds, and charged me $30 for the time to check it. it ran fine after that untill a stupid soccer mom tried to kill my wife while she was driving the car

 

I've tried that already.

Forgot to add:
I've changed the spark plugs and wires.
I've also checked the rotor and cap.
