Default Wheel hop, NOT Launching

Most days when I get into my car to go to work, while trying to get moving forward in first gear, I get wheel hop. I'm typically at around 1500 rpms and feathering the clutch, so I certainly shouldn't have any wheel hop. It only does it once or twice when it is cold from sitting overnight. It stops completely after a few starts.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

Maybe your tires are underinflated, causing bad grip till they warm up...haha, im just trying to think of somthing that would cause this then go away...lol

My tires are fine, they are low profile, so I keep an eye on them regularly (as it is hard to tell pressure by looking at the sidewall)

I wouldn't think it was the motor mounts since it goes away after a few minutes.

I think it's time for some motor mount inserts. ES motor mount inserts are pretty popular among Integra owners.

I have heard about the motor mount inserts, I have heard they help transfer vibrations. I've got enough vibrations and rattles already. (currently working on sound deadening the whole car)

I suppose I'll try to check to see if the motor mounts are decaying. If I need to replace them, I'm probably going to go with new rubber ones. I'm being realistic about my car. It's what I drive to work, It isn't going to be fast any time soon, so I'd like it to at least be comfortable.

By the way, this still doesn't explain why the problem stops after a few minutes.

I haven't had the alignment done since I bought new tires, over a year ago.

I guess I could have it done, but the wear has been nice and uniform (I'm not lowered) and it doesn't have any side to side pull on a flat even road.

This hop usualy happens as I'm pulling out of a parking spot (i.e. turning)
