Hello, im currently building a new engine for my integra typr R and am using parts from spoon, toda, skunk 2 and crower but have no idear of what kind of power to expect. has anyone done this to an integra race spec or street ???? i want to know of anything over 250Bhp.

can you either email or post what Bhp i can expect or what i can do to improve on it

also does anyone know if the standard gearbox and LSD hadle the power output

 

... the standard gearbox and LSD can handle the power, but what I dont get is that youve done all these mods and have no idea or estimate on what kinda power your making? For a good idea its a good idea to dyno it before anything to see what you started at. With just bolt ons though im not quite sure what kinda power you should be making, but 250bhp isnt that hard to get with those motors from what I hear. Anyway goodluck. Also your site alot of it is underconstruction.. soo.. I couildnt really see what youve done.

 

yeah well all the modifications have been done at the same time and the car is still in the garage so as soon as it comes out i will shove it on the rolling road,
