just got a 2000 integra ls for my bday..would like sum help
Well since it's an auto like my car..then you really can't go fast. So either sell it for a 5sp if you wanna go fast (on the track) or just keep the auto and show it I guess. Red cars are cool...I'd first start with a cool set of rims and tires...then exhaust, header, intake then a lip or body kit. Search around HAN and you'll find a ton of stuff and ideas for you're car. Good luck with it man!!

a tuned auto turbo will beat a turbo five speed most of the time plus auto is more consistent so you can bracket race
An auto won't be able to handle all the torque from a turbo. Those trannies and torque convertors weren't meant for performance output.
import_babe: start by learning abotu your car. As cool as HAN is, team-integra.net is your source for any information on Integras. There is no policy on HAN or HT against the same old questions with noobs so you get a lot of clutter and crap that is impossible to filter through sometimes. Go register at team-integra.net and read for the first month or so. I've learned more there in one thread than I ever have a HAN or HT.
Don't sell off your teg. It's a gift from your parents and don't throw that away or push it back in their face. Sometimes you take these things for granted but you're very fortunate. Go with small things right now like intake, header (not headers), exhaust, lowering springs (Eibach Prokit is a great drop and it won't be so low that the snow will eat it up), and rims if you're so inclined (I love my stock rims). Hope this helps and pm me or any of us if you have more questions.

H&R OE sport (.75 drop all around) is the most id use for a daily driven teg in a climate/region where winter is an issue. i went with H&R sports and until i bought a truck, driving was hateful, too low for a daily driver IMO and its only 1.5/1.75
if it doesnt already have alloy wheels, just upgrade to some 15" acura alloys, they will look nice and clean, tires are still reasonably priced and you dont have to worry about bent wheels AS MUCH as with a larger wheel.
ive never seen a milano red 4 door, not sure what cayenne red looks like but not sure ive seen one of those, either.
and do you guys have an extra bedroom, my birthday is coming up and i wouldnt mind having another car
