An auto won't be able to handle all the torque from a turbo. Those trannies and torque convertors weren't meant for performance output.

import_babe: start by learning abotu your car. As cool as HAN is, team-integra.net is your source for any information on Integras. There is no policy on HAN or HT against the same old questions with noobs so you get a lot of clutter and crap that is impossible to filter through sometimes. Go register at team-integra.net and read for the first month or so. I've learned more there in one thread than I ever have a HAN or HT.

Don't sell off your teg. It's a gift from your parents and don't throw that away or push it back in their face. Sometimes you take these things for granted but you're very fortunate. Go with small things right now like intake, header (not headers), exhaust, lowering springs (Eibach Prokit is a great drop and it won't be so low that the snow will eat it up), and rims if you're so inclined (I love my stock rims). Hope this helps and pm me or any of us if you have more questions.
