speed limit govenor
Does a 96 integra gsr has a speed limit govenor??

at 144 (or low 140's), wind resistance cancels out anymore acceleration. The rpms are governed to 8300 I think.

There is no ECU speed governor, but instead a gearing limit.

ya, once you get so high in 5th gear, the engine no longer as enough power to accelerate it through the air,.. wind resistance
