Hi, I just bought a set of ROTA c8s from the guy in the classifieds and I have to say he did a great job. Fast shipping (1 week) and Very good price. And I was wondering if anybody else who has or had these rims if they were able to use their stock lug nuts for these rims. Thanks

 

Stock lugs won't work. The shape of the area where the lug seats to the wheel is different.

 

You're gonna have to get some conical lugnuts. Or better yet, wheel locks. Your stock wheel lugs have a rounded shape at the bottom, resulting in less contact with the wheel surface. You want a wheel lug that has a tapered shape \ / so that it'll seat on the wheel properly and have a more secure fit.
