ok, so i spent an hour plus trying to get my new energy suspension bushing into my shifter thingy (the part that bolts onto the tranny). after trying for an hour, i decided to go inside and eat, thinking i would be able to think more clearly with some sugar in my brain. anyway, i went back out to the garage and on accident stumbled upon some urea grease left over from my clutch project (i had been using the stuff included in the ES kit). so i put a little of the urea grease on and the bushing slides right in. then in hits me... i put the damn thing in backwards i think i did myself with the big metal spikey dildo this time anyone have an idea as far as what i can get it back out?

k, i got it out. i grabbed some nail pullers, and was prepared to destroy the es, and reinstall the stock bushing. the nail pullers were no match for the polyurethane thought. everything looks fine. on the down side, when i pulled the bushing out, i took the nail pullers to the face. it hurts wned:
