gsr longblock

i was wondering if anyone put just a gsr longblock and gsr ecu in a LS with the stock LS tranny?Would it be better just to do a complete gsr swap?

you can do it no problem, you wont be quite as quick as a gs-r cuz of the longer gears but no big deal.

A B17A1 or B18C1 isn't quite as spunky as it normally would be without the matching transaxle.
