I don't see how you would get any money from this. Do you plan to take the person you bought it from to court?

I would contact your state's DMV and ask if there's any way that you can find out how much the mileage is off by and have it corrected. That way it won't be on the carfax if/when you try to sell the car.

 

i just responded to this and it did some bullsh*t where it erased my whole explanation of all this...well i will narrow it down...tomorrow i will put up the link for a Government website that will suprise you! this is a federal offence! just wait till i put up the link tomorrow (if ya want)

 

probably some rewards program. I think you shoudnt report him but threat him to if he doesnt sell it to you for a penny.

 

i have had the car for 6 months and was stupid because i didn't run a carfax! But i have to report him cause he won't do sh*t about it! its been 3 weeks and i am going to make the police report today! i am tired of getting screwed over! this is only one of three unbelievable problems! trust me u do not want to know the other things...unless....
