well when i got my jdm 4-1 header the collector was 2.5inch so i needed a testpipe/cat that was 2.5 inch, i shortened the bpipe and i have just the 2.25 greddy evo piping the apexi n1 rear muffler, i posted many times about this and nobody said anything, am i loosing power? with the cams i get should i upgrade the piping to 2.5?
Yes you are, if anything you should increase the diameter slowly after the cat, not shrink it. Going from 2.5" to 2.25" is going to create exhaust reversion and hurt your performance.

Get a quality 2.5" catback, so you can unplug your exhaust system

Go 3in. Port the head to free up all the extra air your getting also. If you have that much air the 3in will help. Get a Fuel preassure reg. Sell the fuel rail. It is only heating up your fuel right now. You have no need for it on a return system untill you are dumping major fuel ie bigger injectors higher fuel preassure. Make sure you can control the engine torqueing also. Motor mounts or inserts.

Don't go to 3" unless you plan on going serious FI. Otherwise its overkill and it will slaughter your low and midrange. How large your exhaust diameter should be determined by how much hp your engine is generating.

2-1/2" up to 265HP @ the flywheel (about 225-235 whp)

2-3/4" up to 325HP @ the flywheel (about 275-285 whp)

3" big for big HP (Forced Induction: > 275 whp)
People normally get a 2.5" testpipe, or a 2.5" highflow cat when they get a 2.5" collector.

After seeing they claim a clutch would add 5hp, I wouldn't take these guys' advice.
