Ground Control Adjustment
The left rear coil over is hard to adjust. When I try to turn it to adjust it, it's stuck and the whole sleeve turns. How can I break this free? Should I spray something on the sleeve? If so, what should I use?

there could be a good chance that there is dirt and grime preventing it from moving up. so i would also say some PB Blaster...or WD40 is have already have it.

You may also wanna try getting a towel, and some big pliers.
wrap the towel around the perch (the gold part), get the pliers in the slots on the perch and use that to spin it.
Another thing I do if I don't have pliers available is leave the allen wrench in the tightening screw, and use it to turn the perch. Sort of like a simple machine..
definatley spay it w/PB blaster or WD as others said.. but be sure to wash it off as it will attract more dust.

I doubt that it's actually dirt preventing you from turning it. Unless you have the tool from ground control to adjust the height (which my GC's and both of my friends' did not come with), if you try to turn the perch the sleeve will automatically spin with it. You basically just need to create a system of holding the perch with something while turning the sleeve. I used a Gator Grip (9.99 at Wal-Mart, similar to the tool used to tighten oil filters) to hold the perch still and a wrench to grip and turn the sleeve.
