i would suggest you get a set of quality components like (in no particular order) h&r, eibach, neuspeed, ground control, etc, and some good shocks to match. i would also suggest you do no larger than 16" for wheels, but it sounds like you already have the 17".

now, it'd help to know what you're looking for in suspension upgrades. also, do a search. there are countless topics on it.

If you use 205-40-17 tires and a 7 inch wide wheel with the correct offest it will be no different than having stock wheels and tires on the car. If your car is having suspension problems like bouncing and bottoming out etc. I would suggest you get some adjustable shocks if you don't already have some. One more thing.. Integras are not lowered more in the rear than in the front from the factory, it just appears that way because the rear wheel cutouts in the fenders aren't cut as high as the fronts. If you get lowering springs that lower more in the front than the rear the car will lean forward somewhat and looks kinda funny. I know because I had Neuspeed race springs on my integra and it did that. Some people like the way that looks, but I don't.
