Well I am not sure, but I have the same problem but my hazards work, so I know it is not my switch

When I took out my hazard switch while installing my Nav unit I noticed that my blinkers wouldn't work without the hazard switch plugged in. My guess would be the switch if you have checked everything else.

they're on the same fuses, aren't they? not saying that her problem is indeed the hazard switch, but it's not impossible.

its either the turn signal switch or the relay because the turn and hazards are wired together

It could be a lot of things, BTW the whole circuit runs in series with the hazard switch, if the hazard switch is unplugged or defective you have a open in the circuit and then nothing will work as far as turn signals. pull out the connector from the hazard switch and jump it will a paper clip, then check the lights.
