If it's in mint condition I think it would be worth close to 18K but no more. I'm in Raleigh and I have a 2000 in great shape. Here's my spleal from Honda-tech:

2000 FBP Integra Type R for sale with 36,000 miles. Mostly stock with extra parts (DC 4-1 Header, JDM rear strut tower brace, JDM fogs, Avital alarm with hood sensor, Acura car cover, Comptech Icebox, and Alpine CD). The body is in near perfect condition, very clean engine, clean interior, everything works. Never wrecked, flooded, stolen, etc... Brand new Falken Azenis (put on last week!). Washed weekly and oil changed every 3-4K with Mobil One or Syntec and with Honda filter. Tranny fluid just changed too. Selling to pay off school. $18,500
No joyrides. No lowballing. Only interested individuals need apply. 919-821-5458
leave msg. Matt

LOL, good one Kabob . . .an 02 ITR?!?

just another point on the graph . . . I bought my 98 with 34,000 miles 1.5 years ago and paid $17,000. It was mint. I woudl not pay over $17k for one now either. Also the book value is likely more than you are finding. The book value of a Type-R is nearly impossibly to find. last year this time a 98 with my bank booked at 16,800 so i woudl hate to think they lost $2000 in one year. It holds it's value better than that. I'd say it is worth about $16,000-$17,000. Alot of it depends on what it is worth to you . . .

I'll trade yeah.... purdy please...

My next car will prolly be a CW or PY R... I have the motor, but I want the luxury of saying I own a real, true R... someday, someday I say...

Anyone who says $19,000 is a good price for a 98 is a complete moron. I just bought my 00' Phoenix Yellow w/ 12.5k for $18,850. If you pay more than 17 for a 98 your gettin taken no matter what the condition.

P.S. Good slam on that 02' Type R.
